Penn State Pride
My wife went to Penn State and we always battle about where Joy will end up going to college. But I thought this morning it would be nice for Joy to experience her mom's college pride.

While I've been furloughed
Parents beware! When your kids get sick, you also get sick...sick and tired of them that is! With the government shutdown, I anticipated long naps at home and catching up on my tv shows and movies. But when Joy became sick with a high fever (infected with roseola) AND decided that she wanted a few more teeth, I lost my golden opportunity for relaxation. Such is life...

Joy can finally crawl (not belly)
Joy has been a bit lazy when it comes to crawling. She has an affinity for the military apparently because she's always on her belly as if she's in the trenches. But with the help of her physical therapist, she is finally crawling like other babies her age.
